CHOPPERS APP (“the app”) is an independent, unofficial information tool provided by Realms Seed AI Ltd. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any helicopter operator, airport, heliport, energy company, employer, or government or aviation authority.
The information in the app — including flight positions, routes, schedules, statuses, weather, wave, wind and visibility data — is indicative only. It is gathered from public and third-party sources, may be inaccurate, delayed, incomplete or unavailable, and must never be relied upon as a sole or authoritative source.
You must always confirm flight times, status, check-in and travel arrangements directly with your operator, employer and other official sources, and follow all official operator briefings, instructions, NOTAMs and safety procedures. Weather and sea-state information in the app is provided for general awareness only and is not a flight authority — only your operator and the relevant aviation authorities can make flight, safety or operational decisions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Realms Seed AI Ltd accepts no liability for any loss, damage, missed travel, cost or inconvenience arising from the use of, or reliance on, the app or any information in it. You use the app entirely at your own discretion and risk. If you do not accept this notice, please do not use the app.
These terms govern your use of CHOPPERS APP. By using the app you agree to them and to the Safety Notice & Disclaimer above. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The app is operated by Realms Seed AI Ltd (“we”, “us”), a company registered in Scotland (company number SC855378), registered office 24 Chesterhall Avenue, Macmerry, Tranent, EH33 1QJ. Contact: Adam.Mamos@realmsseed.ai.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the app for your own lawful, personal use. You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, scrape or resell its data, or use it for any operational, safety-critical or commercial purpose for which it is not intended (see the Safety Notice above).
Core features (map, installations, indicative live flights, weather/wave/wind overlays) are free and need no account. Optional “Have it all” member features may be offered on a paid subscription, which (where available) begins with a free trial; pricing, the trial length and renewal terms are shown at the point of sign-up. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date, and you can cancel at any time from your account. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.
The app contains links to third-party websites and services (for example training providers and retailers). Some may be affiliate links from which we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We are not responsible for third-party content, services or availability, and a link is not an endorsement.
The app, its design, code and original content are owned by or licensed to Realms Seed AI Ltd. Third-party data, imagery and trade marks remain the property of their respective owners and are used for information only.
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be accurate, uninterrupted, error-free or available at any particular time.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any indirect or consequential loss, and for any loss arising from your reliance on the app or its information. Our total liability to you, where it cannot lawfully be excluded, is limited to the amount you have paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update the app and these terms from time to time; continued use means you accept the updated terms. We may suspend or withdraw the app or any feature at any time.
These terms are governed by the law of Scotland and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
This policy explains how Realms Seed AI Ltd handles your personal data when you use CHOPPERS APP. We are the data controller (registered in Scotland, company number SC855378). We use trusted providers who process data on our behalf: Supabase (sign-in, database and file storage), Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting/CDN) and Render (backend), plus an email provider for sign-in links. We do not sell your personal data. Some data may be processed outside the UK; where it is, it is protected by appropriate safeguards. We keep account data for as long as you have an account, and delete or anonymise it within a reasonable period after you ask us to close your account, subject to any legal retention we are required to apply.
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email Adam.Mamos@realmsseed.ai. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
The app stores data in your browser/device (local storage) so it works offline and remembers your settings. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
The app is intended for offshore workers and is not directed at children.
We may update this policy; the “last updated” date at the top shows when. Material changes will be highlighted in the app.
